What the Crypto Portfolio Allocation Calculator does
Portfolio allocation shows how your capital is actually distributed against how you intended it to be. Assets that outperform grow beyond their target weight, quietly increasing concentration risk until you rebalance.
Formula
Current weight = Holding value ÷ Portfolio total × 100Target value = Portfolio total × Target % ÷ 100Action = Target value − Current value

Frequently asked questions
How often should I rebalance?
Quarterly or annually is common, or whenever drift exceeds a set threshold. More frequent rebalancing raises fees and tax events without improving returns much.
