Crypto Take-Profit Calculator
Set a take-profit price from a percentage gain, ratio or target amount.
Please note: Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and can lose value rapidly. All prices are entered manually — no live market data is used. Nothing here is investment advice.
What the Crypto Take-Profit Calculator does
A take-profit closes a winning position automatically at a set price. Scaling out — taking part of the position at one target and letting the rest run — is common in crypto because trends can extend far beyond any fixed target.
Formula
Distance from percentage = Entry × Gain %Distance from ratio = |Entry − Stop| × RatioLong target = Entry + Distance; Short target = Entry − Distance

Frequently asked questions
Should I use one target or several?
Scaling out at multiple levels locks in profit while keeping exposure to a larger move. It reduces the best case but greatly improves consistency.
